With over two decades of experience in behavioral health, Neena has led with passion and purpose in leadership, admissions, operations, fundraising, and, most importantly, alumni services—her true calling. Her career spans residential trauma care, group mental health, and outpatient substance use treatment, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the field. Armed with degrees in psychology and business, she combines compassion with strategy to drive meaningful impact.

As a former alumni director, Neena intimately understands the challenges and transformative potential of building alumni programs from the ground up. She is devoted to empowering organizations with tailored guidance and innovative solutions, helping them integrate alumni services as an essential part of long-term recovery. For over a decade, she has championed the movement toward connection-based outcomes, now leveraging technology, AI, and SaaS to make alumni engagement accessible for programs of all sizes.

When she’s not advancing the future of alumni care, Neena finds joy in the Minnesota wilderness with her husband, two daughters, and their energetic Brittany Spaniel, embracing the beauty of the outdoors.
